Job summary

Ocean Network Express in Richmond, VA is seeking an OTI Analyst I to support the Supervisor within the Cargo Management Service Center. The role focuses on developing policies, guiding ILS agents, and building strong internal and external relationships to ensure exceptional service and client retention.

You will back up the Supervisor, monitor KPIs, and lead UAT efforts, while contributing to continuous process improvement and standardized SOPs.

• 2+ industry-related experience.
• Proven leadership and mentorship within a professional team.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships internally and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing strategic plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Monitor project timelines to meet KPIs and performance targets.
• Back up the Supervisor during absences and provide leadership to staff.
• Lead UAT efforts coordinating with ILS agents.
• Refine processes through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs and conduct regular audits for compliance.
• Serve as liaison between ILS teams and Supervisor to streamline output.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external clients.
• Execute training programs to enhance technical skills.
• Provide performance feedback to Supervisor and Manager.
• Motivate team to achieve group goals.
