Job summary

Ocean Network Express North America is seeking a Supervisory professional to oversee the Cargo Management Team in Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office and two remote days.

This role supports policy development, account plan execution, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with sales, marketing, yield management, EQC, and operations, and reports to a Manager or Sr. Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; supervisory experience encouraged.
• 3+ years of function-related experience with leadership preferred.
• Strong data handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the Cargo Management Team to meet goals.
• Develop policies and procedures for effective account execution.
