Job summary

OIA Global is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to support day-to-day supply chain execution in a Control Tower environment, focusing on visibility, exception management, and service continuity. This role requires disciplined follow-up, strong judgment, and comfort working with data across multiple systems and sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring flows, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring SLAs are met while collaborating with customers, warehouses, and transport

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations or control tower environments.
• Experience working with SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Experience in KPI reporting and dashboard technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 operational support and coordinate exception resolution.
• Drive timely resolutions within SLAs.
• Investigate issues using SAP, WMS, TMS, and dashboards.
• Monitor critical operational exceptions and coordinate recovery actions.
• Coordinate deployment readiness and capacity planning.
• Engage customers, warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams.
• Support RCCA investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
