Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Operator (Control Tower) to manage daily operations across drayage, rail, transloading centers, warehouses, and OTR transportation from our Santa Ana facility.

You will develop reports and KPI dashboards, analyze transportation data for trends, and lead a team while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Bilingual Korean and English required.
8+ years of transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience.
Strong experience with drayage, rail, transloading, warehouse operations, and OTR transportation.
Strong understanding of international transportation, ocean shipping, freight forwarding, and North American networks.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Control Tower operations across drayage, rail, transloading centers, warehouse operations, and OTR transportation.
Monitor shipment movement and performance; resolve operational issues.
Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations.
Analyze transportation data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Lead relationships with carriers, warehouses, terminals, and logistics partners to improve service and customer satisfaction.
Review carrier performance and conduct business reviews to drive improvements.
Lead optimization initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects.
Coordinate with internal departments and overseas offices to resolve issues and ensure smooth shipments.
Lead and develop team members, promoting accountability and collaboration.
