Ocean Network Express in Richmond, VA is seeking an OTI Analyst I to support the Supervisor within the Cargo Management Service Center. OTI Analyst I is a support role for the Supervisor position within the Cargo Management Service Center process of the OTI customer segment. They will back up the Supervisor and provide feedback on the individual team's development. This role is also responsible for creating and executing policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize client retention. A key function is building strong internal and external relationships for effective collaboration and information dissemination. The analyst provides direct support and guidance to ILS agents as they meet solution obstacles and ensure proper process instruction.

ONE NA follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work 3 days in the office (i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote each week.
