Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated seeks a General Manager for Off-Track Betting Operations in New Orleans. This field-based role directs all OTB parlors’ business plans and day-to-day performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and guest service consistency.

The position requires a strong background in gaming operations, finance, and leadership, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration across CDI properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for advanced leadership.
• Ten years of progressive leadership in gaming, hospitality, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily OTB operations and financial performance through parlor managers.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and optimize expenses across the OTB network.
• Establish standardized operating policies and CDI directives.
• Coordinate with IT, maintenance, and warehouse teams for efficient operations.
• Oversee food & beverage operations including inventory and vendor management.
• Lead leadership development, recruitment, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance on promotions, budgets, and capital planning.
