Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide OT services in skilled nursing facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and monitor care plans, and discharge patients when appropriate.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab techs, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to state practice acts and OBRA guidelines, while maintaining high-quality care for patients and facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Valid state OT license (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services for patients in SNFs per Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care with discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain professional conduct and quality patient care in all interactions.
