Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy across care communities. You will assess and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and rehab technicians, stay current with state regulations, and participate in ongoing education and mentorship while maintaining licensure and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with ACOTE and Reliant standards.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning.
