Job summary

SECO Energy is seeking a senior operations technology leader to oversee the OT portfolio, aligning with the technology roadmap and modernizing GIS, DERMS, OMS, and AMI platforms. You will build vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliable, real-time utility operations in a dynamic environment.

You will lead multi-year OT initiatives, manage charters and budgets, and apply PMP/Agile methods to deliver complex programs while collaborating with IT and operations teams to enhance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
Master’s degree preferred; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Utility certifications (e.g., ESRI GIS, Siemens/Oracle OMS, DERMS) preferred
ITIL or cybersecurity certs a plus; substantial experience may substitute education

Responsibilities

Manage SECO’s OT roadmap across GIS, DERMS, OMS, and AMI
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
Coordinate system upgrades and integrations for modernization goals
Ensure interoperability to support ADMS and DER integration
Lead cross‑functional teams; apply PMP/Agile methods for large projects
