Job summary

West Monroe Partners, LLC is seeking a Director to lead OT strategy and transformation initiatives for utility clients in North America. You will drive modernization across electric, gas, and water utilities, and oversee programs from strategy to execution.

You will build executive relationships, expand strategic accounts, and guide delivery quality, profitability, and risk management while applying AI to improve outcomes. This role requires travel and hybrid collaboration with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in utility consulting and technology transformation leadership.
• Deep expertise in electric, gas, water utility OT/IT convergence and business processes.
• Experience leading OT strategy and modernization programs involving GIS, SCADA, ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, and related platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive sponsorship and leadership for large OT/IT transformation programs across transmission, distribution, generation, and operations.
• Oversee strategy development, roadmaps, business cases, and implementation oversight for utility programs.
• Drive client satisfaction, engagement profitability, and risk management across assigned utility accounts.
• Lead account management to expand relationships and win new work with strategic utility clients.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance insights, delivery efficiency, and outcomes.
