Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years in electric utilities, grid modernization, or engineering consulting.
• Experience leading client engagements or workstreams in a consulting setting.
• Strong understanding of distribution engineering and grid operations.
• Experience with major grid technologies (ADMS/DMS/OMS/DERMS/SCADA) and DER integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements and workstreams on grid operations and modernization.
• Advise clients on modernization strategy, technology implementation, and operational readiness.
• Lead initiatives involving ADMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA and related grid tech.
• Guide requirements, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and readiness.
• Support utilities in integrating DERs, energy storage, EVs, and new grid tech.
• Translate engineering topics into actionable recommendations for executives and engineers.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams; manage scope, schedules, risks, and relationships.
• Support practice growth through proposals, thought leadership, and business development.
