Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking an Operational Technology Systems Administrator to support and enhance grid tech platforms in a hybrid environment. You will work with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to ensure reliable and secure OT systems that power critical utility operations.

The role focuses on real-time OT environments, including modernization initiatives, integration projects, and on-call support. Candidates should have 5+ years in OT/IT and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in OT/IT environments.
5+ years of experience in operational technology or critical infrastructure.
Experience supporting utility grid operations or industrial environments.
Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Administer and support OT platforms used to monitor and manage utility operations.
Monitor performance, availability, and health of OT systems; perform root cause analysis.
Coordinate and implement software updates, patches, upgrades, and maintenance.
Lead or contribute to modernization initiatives for OT capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
