Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mount Vernon, OH. A Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required, along with an active state license and NBCOT certification. Prior OT experience is preferred for this part-time daytime role.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on adaptive equipment and home safety to support functional independence.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
