Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Mount Vernon, IL team for a part-time daytime schedule. The role requires an OT with a current license (NBCOT) and a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on home safety. Join a network focused on patient-centered care, with strong professional support and opportunities for growth within a multi-location

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license with NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
