Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Milford, OH is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with families to improve functional independence.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, and NBCOT certification. One year of OT experience is preferred; licensure reimbursement and full benefits are provided.
