Job summary

Located at Elroy Health Services in Elroy, WI, this part-time daytime position offers a supportive environment with 401k matching and generous PTO; licensure and NBCOT certification are required, with prior OT experience

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
