Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Monroe, Wisconsin seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our growing network. You will assess patients, design treatment plans, and collaborate with care teams to improve functional independence.

Required are a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, and NBCOT certification. One year of experience is preferred. This part-time daytime role focuses on patient-centered care in a Monroe WI setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active state OT license (unencumbered) required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Prior experience as an OT preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Education

Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License

NBCOT Certification

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
