Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time daytime role at Avalon Health and Rehab in Mount Vernon, OH. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and work closely with families to improve functional independence.

The position requires an OT license (NBCOT) with a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and offers full benefits, licensure reimbursement, and PTO. Strong patient education and safety guidance are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of OT experience is preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
