EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to drive site readiness, asset onboarding, and infrastructure coordination for industrial technology deployments.

The role requires hands-on networking, endpoint support, and coordination with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support to ensure validated, documented OT environments. EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments, infrastructure implementation, or operational readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT and industrial environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructure.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: identification, validation, and documentation of OT assets.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: implementation testing, connectivity validation, and defect tracking.
• Documentation and Support Transition: maintain deployment notes and support artifacts.

Education
