Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to drive site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, and onboard OT assets. You’ll work across site operations, engineering, and vendors to validate deployments and document outcomes.

The role requires broad infrastructure and troubleshooting skills, with strong problem solving and coordination with site personnel. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Site onboarding, readiness checks, and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Network infrastructure installation, validation, and basic troubleshooting.
• OT asset onboarding, inventory support, and documentation updates.
• Testing, readiness reviews, and issue triage with engineering or vendor teams.
• Documentation and handoff to steady-state support teams.
