Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to drive site readiness, asset onboarding, and implementation validation across industrial technology deployments. The role requires hands-on infrastructure and network troubleshooting, coordination with site personnel, vendors, and remote support teams to ensure successful deployment and handoff.

Strong OT awareness and disciplined field execution are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, CS, or equivalent.
5+ years in field/infrastructure/networking/cybersecurity roles.
Experience with site-based deployments and operational readiness.
Strong networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Site Implementation Support: onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT environments.
Network and Infrastructure Support: installation, validation, troubleshooting of network and security infrastructure.
OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: identify, document, and onboard assets into monitoring/support platforms.
Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: assist with connectivity validation, readiness reviews, and defect tracking.
Documentation and Support Transition: maintain deployment notes, diagrams, inventory, and handoff artifacts.
