Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to enable site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, and troubleshoot in operational technology environments.

The role requires broad capabilities across infrastructure, networking, endpoint support, and practical OT awareness, with travel and onsite collaboration across sites. Hybrid model with client-facing responsibilities and comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments and readiness activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and support onsite activities.

Responsibilities

• Support site onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT and industrial environments.
• Assist with surveys, readiness checks, deployment logistics, and preparation.
• Coordinate local field activities with project teams, site personnel, vendors, and support teams.
• Identify access issues, constraints, environmental limitations, and dependencies affecting implementation.
• Provide networking setup, validation, and basic troubleshooting; escalate as needed.
• Maintain site implementation notes, diagrams, and transition documentation.
