Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our PRN program serving Windsor Health & Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and educate families on home safety and adaptive equipment.

Requirements include a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current Florida OT license, and NBCOT certification. PRN daytime schedule offers flexible hours while being part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
