Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Quincy, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN work. You’ll choose when you work while joining a team of clinicians who value quality care and collaborative planning.

Responsibilities include evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, documenting progress, and guiding patients and families on equipment and home safety.

Qualificações

• Must hold an OT license in the state and NBCOT certification.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for functional independence.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
