Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist at Suwannee Nursing Center in Jasper, FL. This PRN role offers daytime shifts with the flexibility to build a schedule around your life while remaining part of a supportive clinical team.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, and NBCOT certification. Prior OT experience is preferred, with opportunities to educate patients and their families about home safety and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
