Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN scheduling at Brynwood Health & Rehabilitation Center in Monticello, Florida. The role emphasizes flexible daytime shifts while maintaining involvement with a dedicated therapy team.

Required are a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, active state licensure, and NBCOT certification. Prior OT experience is preferred; ability to develop individualized plans and educate patients is essential for quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
