Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime shifts at our Panama City, Florida location. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and support families with equipment and home safety education.

The role offers flexibility to build a schedule that fits your life while remaining part of a collaborative team led by experienced therapists. Starting 1/1/27!

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
