Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners currently seeks an Occupational Therapist in Jasper, Florida. This PRN role offers the freedom to set a personal schedule while contributing to a cohesive team of clinicians dedicated to high-quality patient care.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, and NBCOT certification, with a preference for candidates with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations

Education
