Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our St. Louis, MO area team. This PRN-daytime position supports multiple facilities, emphasizing clinician input and patient-centered care within a supportive leadership structure.

The role requires an OT Master’s/Doctorate, an active MO OT license with NBCOT certification, and a preference for 1 year of prior OT experience. Location is on-site at U-City Forest Manor in Saint Louis, MO, with daytime PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
