Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Browns Valley, MN seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our network of 275 locations. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and work closely with families to improve daily function.

This PRN role supports multiple facilities and emphasizes evidence-based care and practical safety education. Minimum requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active MN OT license with NBCOT certification, and preferred 1 year of OT experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
