Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Heritage Hall Rich Creek, VA. This PRN daytime role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and educating patients and families on safety and adaptive equipment.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and at least 1 year of experience preferred.

• Current, unencumbered state OT License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an OT preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
