Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Dillwyn, VA, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting functional independence in daily activities.

You will work on site at Heritage Hall Dillwyn, Daytime PRN schedule, collaborating with families and care teams to promote adaptive equipment use and safe home environments.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as an OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
