Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Longwood, FL team on a PRN-daytime schedule at Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center. This role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state OT license, and NBCOT certification.

Prior OT experience is preferred. The therapist will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
