Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in the St. Louis area. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and improving functional independence in collaboration with families and care teams.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state license, and NBCOT certification. We value prior OT experience and a patient-centered approach for home safety and adaptive equipment

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
