Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role at RenVilla Health Center in Renville, MN. A Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active MN license, and NBCOT certification are required. One year of OT experience is preferred. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, document progress, and educate families on home safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
