Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in Monticello, FL. You will join a team-focused practice that values flexible scheduling and high-quality patient care.

The position offers daytime PRN shifts and a supportive clinical leadership. The role requires an OT master’s or doctorate, active Florida license and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Formación

• Must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence.
• Document patient progress and modify plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
