Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join as a PRN clinician in Daytona Beach, FL. You will work on a flexible schedule while collaborating with a team of therapists focused on quality care and patient outcomes.

The role requires an OT degree, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and typically 1 year of prior OT experience. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on safety and equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
