Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at RenVilla Health Center in Renville, MN. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families to enhance independence.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctorate in OT, an active MN OT license, and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of OT experience preferred. This PRN schedule supports flexible hours in a multi-state practice.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
• Coordinates care with other health professionals to support patient goals.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
