Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist in Aitkin, MN to provide patient-centered care on a PRN schedule. The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state OT license, and NBCOT certification. Experience preferred.

You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety to improve functional independence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
