Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team at Heritage Hall Big Stone Gap, VA. The role requires a master's or doctorate in OT, state license, NBCOT, and 1+ year preferred experience; you will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and educate families about equipment and safety.

The schedule is PRN daytime; you will document progress and adapt plans as outcomes evolve, contributing to high-quality patient care within a therapist-led culture.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in OT is required.
• Active state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
