Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Blacksburg, VA seeks an Occupational Therapist to contribute to high-quality patient care. The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state OT license, and NBCOT certification, with prior OT experience preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
