Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our clinician-led growth across 16 states. The role requires an OT Master’s/Doctorate, an active state license, and NBCOT certification, with a preference for 1 year of experience.

You will develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress to enhance independence. Candidate education also includes patient and family education on equipment and home safety, with a PRN daytime schedule including weekends in

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
