Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Morris, MN team on a PRN basis, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and family education to improve functional independence.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current MN license, NBCOT certification, and around 1 year of OT experience; on-site practice encourages collaborative care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
