Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Menominee Health Services in Menominee, MI. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to a patient-centered care approach.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, current state license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience is preferred. Full- or part-time daytime schedules and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
