Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led approach at Guardian Angels Health & Rehabilitation Center in Hibbing, MN. This role is part-time with daytime hours, offering opportunities to apply expertise in patient-centered rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and prefers at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Requirements & Responsibilities
