Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Marshfield, Wisconsin, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led team.

You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
