Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Marshfield, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered team. This part-time, daytime position focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and promoting functional independence.

You will collaborate with families, document progress, and educate on adaptive equipment and home safety. Must hold a master's or doctoral degree in OT, a current state license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
