Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT services at Browns Valley Health Center, Browns Valley, MN. The role emphasizes assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with families to promote independence.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, active OT license with NBCOT, and may have 1 year of OT experience. Full-time schedule with full benefits, 401k, licensure reimbursement, and PTO offered.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
