Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Watkins, MN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led team. This full-time, daytime position focuses on evaluating and treating patients to enhance their functional independence.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state OT license, NBCOT certification, and up to 1 year of experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
