Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team at St. Francis Health Services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This part-time, daytime role focuses on patient-centered care and collaborative practice.

You will evaluate and treat, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety. Requirements include OT Master’s/Doctorate, current state license, NBCOT certification, with ~1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
